This is a great new video that was sent to me by my friends at Terra Plana and I have to say that I found it to be very worthwhile. I’ve often spoken about the developmental process of a child’s foot and biomechanics and how footwear can affect that growth. I am very happy to see companies, doctors, and other coaches getting on board with these thoughts!
